SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship everywhere around the world, with every international order sent by DHL Express. Your order is carefully packed in discreet outer packaging and arrives in the signature ENCHAINE gift box, tied with red rope, with a dust bag inside.

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?

All our products are handmade and made to your order. Production takes 3–7 business days, and in-stock items typically ship 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Custom measurements or special hardware requests may add a few extra days.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

International shipping by DHL Express is a flat $25 worldwide. Orders within Lebanon are delivered locally for $5.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES?

Yes, the customer is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, so please check with your local customs office or tax authority before placing your order.

If a parcel is refused because duties or taxes were not paid, it is returned to us and the order is not refunded. This does not affect the 14-day right of withdrawal for customers in the European Union, described in our Refund Policy.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

DHL Express currently takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. It can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please don't be alarmed if your package isn't immediately "in transit."

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PICK UP A PARCEL IN TIME?

If a parcel isn't collected in time and is returned to us, the customer will need to pay for the second shipment, after which we will send it again.

If the customer doesn't arrange the repeat shipment within 2 weeks of the parcel arriving back with us, the order is cancelled with no refund.
